Soul Care - 9:30am
Ministry is no joke. The pressures and demands can insidiously yet profoundly drain us of spiritual vitality.
Resilience is a necessity for anyone who desires to serve the Lord. Come be reminded and learn what the bible says about resilience and well-being. We will process biblical truths and practical ways to apply
them to care for our souls and build the resilience necessary to flourish in ministry.

The Unity of the Church - 9:30am
Imagine this: A harmonious church where all business meeting votes for three years were unanimous! about 15 years later as the pastor and his associate during those 3 years were reminiscing, neither could remember even 10 seconds of tension in their relationship. This was my experience 1965-68. God gave His model and ample instruction for us to live and labor together in unity. Join us for an exciting and helpful hour!

Emotions and the Spiritual Life - 10:50am
What role do emotions play in our life with God?  The messages we have received about our emotions
can be quite confusing. Do I power up over my feelings by thinking correctly? Do I ignore my feelings and just obey? Do I feel the feelings and let them lead? The culture at large says "you do you" but what does God say about our emotions?  Come and learn how our emotions are a part of how God spiritually forms us.

Creating Witnessing Communities - 10:50am
The EFC-ER Church Health Team has prepared tools for your church to increase its "witnessing" life.
Join us for a look at the results of that work together. We will explore the current state of churches regarding witnessing and create a biblical vision for sharing our faith. Then we will introduce you to a "best practices" document that builds strategy to progress toward becoming a "witnessing community".

Legacy Giving - 9:30am
We are currently in the early stages of the largest intergenerational transfer of wealth in human history, which will continue over the next couple decades. As we consider this, let’s ask: How are we, as followers of Christ, honoring God with our legacy? How are we, the Church, inviting God’s people to honor Him with their legacy?
Join for a discussion on various approaches to legacy giving and share your ideas on broaching this
potentially delicate subject in your church.
