The purpose of
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
- The team functions as the conduit and filter to provide healthy leadership for EFC-ER churches.
- The team creates and provides avenues for the ongoing growth of leadership in Christian maturity, practical skills, and self-understanding.
