That every church, pastor, and member in EFC-ER would be involved in church planting by
praying, giving, sending, or going. That means: if you’re not already committed to intentional prayer for one of
our projects, giving financially to support a new work, sending a member of your congregation out to plant, or
going to plant yourself, we want to talk to you about how you can get plugged in!

Interested in planting?
The Multiplication Team is committed to coming alongside churches and church planters to help them live in
obedience to God’s call in their lives by utilizing the A.C.T.S. process.

Assessment
We will help potential planters explore their call, gifting, strengths, and weaknesses by sending
the planter and spouse through an assessment process to help determine where they will best fit and flourish for
the sake of God’s kingdom.

coaching
There is likely no factor in church planting more significant than coaching. We are committed to
helping church planters identify and pair with experienced coaches who will help shepherd them throughout the
planting process.

Research shows that training dramatically improves successful outcomes in church planting. We
will send planters who have been approved to plant in EFC-ER and their core team to a 3-4 day boot camp or
comparable training experience.

support
We’re here to help church planters plant churches. The Multiplication Team provides ongoing
support to church planters through prayer, relationships, accountability, and funding. We will actively work
with Lead Teams to determine how we can help fund projects as they meet certain benchmarks and
accountability points.
