Church Health Assessments
Many of our churches have received tremendous benefit from utilizing the Church Health Assessment created by Natural Church Development. The assessment takes the overall pulse of a church by measuring eight critical areas, such as inspiring worship, leadership empowerment, and loving relationships. A trained member of the Church Health Team will review the findings with your church leaders and provide resources for next steps to greater health. EFC-ER will cover 50% of the $320 total cost. The church is responsible for the remaining $160. Please contact Marie Hagin to utilize this valuable tool.
Sample Church Organizational Structures
The Church Health Team selected samples of organizational structures that can be used by EFC-ER churches. Churches should review Faith & Practice Section 300 - THE LOCAL EFC-ER CHURCH for the standards for the development and maintenance of church organizational structures.
One-Day Equipping Workshops
These one-day equipping workshops are hosted in different areas around EFC-ER. The purpose is to help churches, ministries, and each of us individually to begin thinking and living missionally. The day includes practical, hands-on teaching and sharing around the things that are working well in our churches.
Missional Engagement Grant
The intention of the Missional Engagement Grant is to provide EFC-ER churches with financial resources to expand their outreach within already existing projects or for new ventures which will influence others with the love of Jesus Christ.
