Guest Speakers


Sunday Night
Dr. John P. Williams, Jr., General Superintendent for EFC-ER, will set the tone for our sessions by sharing on our theme, “Seeking the Heart of God.”

Dr. John and his wife, Carol, live in North Canton, Ohio and have six children. Dr. John was senior pastor of Canton First Friends for ten years prior to becoming General Superintendent in 1989.

Dr. Williams has travelled extensively in Central America, Africa, India, Nepal, Taiwan, and the Philippines as a representative of both the Eastern Region and the Evangelical Friends Missions.

He has a heart for people and a fierce desire to serve the Lord. He wishes to lead a movement that is Great Commandment Drawn and Great Commission Driven.

Monday Night
Dr. Stan Leach serves as
Superintendent of Evangelical Friends Church Southwest, a partnership between 40 multi-ethnic Friends churches in California, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.

Stan shares a vision for church planting and multiplication and has helped plant numbers of churches in Central America as well as in the southwest Untied States. He also served as worship leader for the Church Muliplication Training Center and as consultant for denominational church planting movements.

Stan and his wife of 25 years, Sandi, live in Placentia, California with their three daughters, two of whom are quickly moving into the college years. Recently, he surprised his wife by using a tool to fix a faucet.

Tuesday Night - Recording Service
Join as we dedicate several newly recorded pastors and their families. It will be a blessed time of joy and celebration in the EFC-ER family! John Ryser, former Eastern Area Superitendent, will give the challenge of the evening.

Following the service, we will have time at the Strawberry Fellowship to congratulate our new recordees and wish John Ryser our very best in his new role as Sr. Pastor of Damascus Friends Church.

It will be a blessed time of joy and celebration in the EFC-ER family!
