Monday Night
The Reverend Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil is a dynamic woman, a recognized leader and an articulate and vibrant speaker who shares the word of God in a manner that encourages, energizes and motivates those who hear her.

Dr. Brenda earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Ministry from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. McNeil has held several leadership positions with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, including Regional Coordinator of Multiethnic training.

Dr. Brenda’s background in racial and ethnic reconciliation led her to found Overflow Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit, faith based organization that provides training and resources on ethnic diversity issues. Her training and passion for authentic race relations has distinguished her as a leader in the international movement for peace and reconciliation.
