Dr. John P. Williams, Jr.
General Superintendent
Dr. John and his wife, Carol, live in North Canton, Ohio. They are both graduates of Malone College and hold graduate degrees from several universities, with a Ph.D. in higher education from Iowa State University. They have six adult children and three grandchildren. Dr. John was senior pastor of Canton First Friends for ten years prior to becoming General Superintendent in 1989. Dr. Williams has ministered extensively in Central America, Africa, Eastern Europe, India, Nepal, Taiwan, and the Philippines as a representative of both the Eastern Region and the Evangelical Friends Missions. He has a heart for people and a fierce desire to serve the Lord. He wishes to lead a movement that is "Great Commandment Drawn" and "Great Commission Driven."
Wayne Evans
Florida & Western Area Superintendent
Dr. Wayne Evans came to serve as the Western Area Superintendent in 1992 after he and his wife, Regina, served as pastors of three Friends churches in Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia. In fulfilling this role, he oversees both American and Haitian churches in five states and four countries. Regina joined the staff of the WorldOutreach Center in 1998 as the mailings Secretary. They enjoy ministry and travel together. The Evans' have four children and two grandchildren. Both graduated from Ohio Christian University. Beyond that, Dr. Wayne was trained at Malone University, Ashland Theological Seminary, Jerusalem University, and George Fox Evangelical Seminary. Other ministry experiences include: Board of Education Chair, Adult Friend commentary writer, and speaker for services, retreats, and training seminars. He also enjoys trapshooting, football, history, and cooking.
Ken Albright
Southern Area Superintendent
Ken and Sharon Albright live near Ashville, North Carolina. They have a son and a daughter and four grandchildren. Ken serves as our Southern Area Superintendent, which includes the EFC-ER churches in both North Carolina and Virginia. He has served as a pastor for 41 years prior to becoming area superintendent. He served in Indiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. He has a strong desire to reach people who do not know Christ by using methods that will get their attention and give opportunity to share the life changing message of Jesus Christ with them.
Chris Jackson
Eastern Area Superintendent
Chris Jackson has been married to Nancy for over 30 years. They have three children and one grandchild. Chris serves as our Eastern Area Superintendent. Before moving to serve the Eastern Area, Chris served as a pastor in EFC-ER churches for over 25 years. Chris has assisted in training leaders for EFC-ER mission fields including India, Nepal, and Haiti. He has recently accepted the role of Director for the Southern Area of India where we have over 20 churches, a hospital, children's home, and village ministries.

Jeremiah Kutz
Youth Ministries Specialist
Introducing our newest member of the team: Jeremiah Kutz (pictured above with his wife, Elisha, and two daughters, Makiah and Eden.) Jeremiah serves as our Youth Ministry Specialist with a desire to network with Youth Ministries across Eastern Region. He will be working closely with Youth leaders to build up and encourage region-wide events, training, and support for youth leaders and Friends Youth region-wide. Jeremiah is a graduate of Malone University and has earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Liberty Theology and is currently working towards a Master of Divinity from Liberty Theological Semiary. Jeremiah has been married to Elisha for eight years and together, they are raising two daughters.
