Friends across Eastern Region are planning to attend Yearly Meeting, July 21-25, 2001, in the new facilities of Canton Friends Church.

Looking for a special time of celebration, fellowship and encouragement? Mark your calendars now and plan to be in Canton beginning July 21-25, 2001.

We'll start with our Annual Missionary Banquets on Saturday, July 21st. In order to accommodate our growth, we will once again be offering two identical banquets. Come expecting to be blessed as we hear from our missionaries around the world.

Guest speakers for the evening sessions will include Dr. Richard Allen Farmer (Monday) and Sr. Pastor for the Friends Church in Friendswood, Texas, Joe Roher (Tuesday).

A special highlight of this year's meetings will be worshipping at the Canton First Friend's new facility on North Market Street. All business sessions, workshops and evening worship times will be held at the new facility. "We're excited to be able to host our Friends Family for the week," commented Sr. Pastor Mark Engel.

Many parents will appreciate the fact that all child care will be held at the same location as their meetings.
