Congratulations to Malone University
Friday, October 3, 2008, Malone College transitioned to their new name, Malone University during a special convocation service. Dr. John was asked to represent EFC-ER and to participate in the service in order to share EFC-ER's united vision with Malone University.

Women's Missionary Fall Retreat 2008
September 12 - 14, 2008
The WMF Retreat Committee would like to thank all who enjoyed in this year’s retreat-- planning, praying, & attending.
Over 600 women gathered for fellowship and worship for the third year at Seven Springs Resort...Our special guest speaker, Liz Curtis Higgs, shared her humor and deep insights. This year was truly a treat for all! A special thank you to all who gave so freely towards the Missions Challenge Offering and Silent Auction. 97 Baskets were donated by the attending churches, 288 items were brought for the Silent Auction and $7,661 was raised thru the Silent Auction! The offerings on Saturday and Sunday added another $5,318.23. Come back to check out our link complete with photos, coming soon.

Plans are well underway for the 2009 Womens' Missionary Fellowship Retreat September 18-20, 2009. Our guest speaker will be Carol Kent. Carol is a popular international public speaker best known for being dynamic, humorous, encouraging, and biblical. Some of her books include: When I Lay My Isaac Down, Becoming a Woman of Influence, Mothers Have Angel Wings, Secret Longings of the Heart, Tame Your Fears, Speak Up With Confidence, Detours, Tow Trucks, and Angels in Disguise.
