Camp Gideon was hopping again with 14 camps offered this summer including something for everyone! Kids Camp, Sports Camp, Father/Daughter, Father/Son, Mother/Daughter and Family Camps were offered. Over 517 campers enjoyed time away from home. The biggest highlight came on August 3rd when 37 campers helped to dedicate the new pool. All campers for the week joined hands in a circle around the pool for a prayer of dedication and jumped in! Area Superintendent, John Ryser commented, "God definitely moved among our campers this summer. Our staff and our campers were unified in their desire to follow Christ. The pool has been a great blessing for the campers. Thank you to all who have contributed."

Special recognition to Justin Carpenter and Suzie Leonard for the enthusiastic and capable leadership this summer. 35 campers made first time commitments to Christ and numerous others felt called to recommit their lives to Christ.
